There are many factors that need to be right for an event in a congress centre to be a success. The starting point, though, is always the existing infrastructure – and here the Festspielhaus Bregenz scores right across the board.

When planning your conference or corporate meeting, you can place your trust in us: an award-winning event centre which moreover occupies a prime location directly on the shore of Lake Constance. There are 25 rooms and spaces to choose from, all of them versatile and all equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The rooms can be combined to suit your needs. You can hire the Großer Saal auditorium or the Werkstattbühne theatre space as the main meeting place for your congress. You can hire breakout rooms where participants can work closely together and undisturbed in small groups, and there are bright foyers available for accompanying exhibitions. PROFESSIONALS ON HAND TO HELP

At the Festspielhaus Bregenz we have a staff of about 80 people who do their level best every day – true professionals in their field. A dedicated event manager will be on hand from the outset to advise you on professional event design, technical aspects of staging the event, certification as a Green Meeting or Green Event, and everything in-between.

Bregenz has a wide range of attractions for incentives and as accompanying events for congresses – including cable car rides up the nearby Pfänder mountain, excursions on Lake Constance shipping, and visits to the contemporary arts centre Kunsthaus Bregenz, Vorarlberg State Theatre and the new vorarlberg museum. Last but not least, the region offers a sufficient number of hotel beds to allow events of international calibre to be held in Bregenz. The state capital can accommodate up to 2,400 convention centre guests.
