An impressive presentation of a product or a successful kick-off requires precise planning and implementation. The professionals in our event production team will support you and ensure that the technical aspects all run smoothly. Our venue is equipped with first-class technology, so you don't need to arrange any external technical partners.

Creative work phases and productive breaks

For creative brainstorming and concentrated work you need quiet, bright breakout rooms. There are several of these available in the Festspielhaus, and you can use them for group work and workshops. Our catering partner, EvenTZ by foodaffairs, will see to it that your guests are treated to culinary delights and can relax and share ideas during the breaks. The catering team will help you with menu selection and detailed planning, whether it’s snacks for in-between or a substantial buffet that you have in mind.

A comfortable stay for multi-day meetings

For events lasting several days, more than 520 rooms in the 3 and 4 star category are available in the hotels in Bregenz within walking distance – which means that a shuttle service is often not necessary. Convention Partner Vorarlberg, the regional service bureau, will be happy to assist you with booking rooms – at multiple hotels if need be.
