Here at the Festspielhaus Bregenz you will find the ideal setting for your conference, meeting or business festival. Events may differ strongly in terms of content, but they often have the same goal: bringing people together in order to share ideas, widen networks, acquire knowledge and create lasting connections.

Ideal room solutions and personalised advice

With flexible room concepts and the Großer Saal for plenary sessions, we have capacity for up to approx. 1,600 people. Our experienced team offers comprehensive advice and support in the planning and design of your event, always taking account of your participants’ needs. Breakout rooms are available for working in small groups and for holding workshops, while the Werkstattbühne and rooms such as the Seestudio are eminently suitable locations for gala evenings and receptions. To hold accompanying industrial fairs, you can make use of our exhibition area totalling approx. 2,000 m2.

The Festspielhaus team has the expertise and the technology to stage hybrid events. At the same time, you can incorporate digital tools to increase interaction with and among participants – gamification is the watchword.

Our catering partner, EvenTZ by foodaffairs, provides a wide range of high-quality fare that’s tailored to your guests’ requirements. Whether you need coffee breaks, themed buffets or food trucks for your business festival, the team will come up with something special for you.

Green meetings & events

For more and more people, sustainability matters and is expected from events they attend. As a licence holder of the Austrian Ecolabel, we can certify your congress, conference or business festival as a Green Meeting or Green Event, and advise you on how to take the necessary steps.

The Festspielhaus Bregenz is well connected to the international rail network and public transport. There are also plenty of car parks in the immediate vicinity.

Bregenz is an appealing destination that has additional treats in store for your guests. Lake Constance, the cultural events schedule, and the nearby mountains offer numerous possibilities.
