Female Future Festival Bodensee

For the fourth time a big number of visitors gathered for the Female Future Festival Bodensee held in the Festspielhaus Bregenz. In 2023, the innovative organisers from w3 create GmbH managed to set a record, with over 1,200 enthusiastic participants attending the business event.

In the space of a few years, the Female Future Festival has developed from a one-eff event into a whole series of events across the German-speaking region which is second to none.

It’s a meeting with a festival character that provides input for professional further development and doesn’t shy away from hot topics. But what it most of all seeks to achieve is empowering women in their lives.

Meeting with a festival character

A variety of talks were offered on the main stage in the Worskshop Theatre (Werkstatttheater), while attendees moved to the breakout rooms for in-depth workshops and masterclasses.

The Expo Area with networking lounge in the light-flooded foyers encouraged engagement with like-minded people and businesses that presented themselves to the participants.

The speakers were welcomed at a dinner in the Lakeside Gallery (Seegalerie), which offers a wonderful view of Lake Constance.
