As part of the "Tut gut" Diocesan Forum 2024, the Festspielhaus Bregenz once again became a vibrant centre for exchange and meaningful encounters.

"Diocesan Forum – 3 in 1 was truly enriching! A day dedicated to parish council members, a gathering for all 2,000 employees involved with the Church throughout the region, and a massive children’s festival running simultaneously. This was our vision, and together with the Festspielhaus, the 'Tut gut' Forum gathered momentum: with talks in the KirchenBlatt Café, seven themed zones inspired by everyday parish life, a marketplace, blessing spaces, and joint services. A day that inspires courage for today and tomorrow! A day to fully explore the impressive potential of the Festspielhaus in Bregenz, combined with innovative ideas for the future of the Catholic Church in Vorarlberg. It sounded great – and it truly was! This success was also thanks to the outstanding dedication of the Festspielhaus Bregenz team and their considerable commitment. Thank you – it was truly rewarding!"

"Tut gut" Diocesan Forum

The Parish Council Day offered participants a platform for sharing knowledge, networking, and discovering new inspiration. An extensive range of topics was covered in the plenary sessions at the Lake Studio and in the breakout room talks. The welcoming atmosphere and the detailed, inviting room designs provided an ideal environment for fresh perspectives.

On Saturday, nearly 2,000 participants gathered for Parish Day. The Werkstattbühne hosted the opening, welcoming guests to a dynamic day programme featuring thematic areas and talks spread throughout the Festspielhaus and a bustling marketplace in the entrance foyer. In the afternoon, the Werkstattbühne transformed into an adventure space for the lively Kidz Fest, including a start-up show and treasure hunt. The day concluded with a Eucharistic celebration in the Großer Saal, bringing together 800 children and 1,200 adults – a moving shared experience for all participants.
