Festspielhaus Bregenz awarded: Ranked among the top 3 worldwide

The international association of congress centres, AIPC, has five-time named the Festspielhaus Bregenz one of the three best congress centres in the world.
The Festspielhaus Bregenz made it into the top three as early as 2004, 2010, 2016 and 2018. The APEX Award, conferred by the association biennially, is based on customer surveys.

Very high customer satisfaction

The criteria of the customer survey are event organization from initial contact to follow-up, technical infrastructure, know-how and service. In these areas, the Festspielhaus Bregenz achieves top values and takes the place of a "top performer". The high quality of service and the professionally acting employees, who were classified as attentive, helpful, flexible and solution-oriented, were also positively highlighted.

180 AIPC members

The AIPC currently has 180 members in 57 countries. It has awarded the title "Best Congress Centre in the world" since 2000. The award is based on customer surveys conducted by the market research institute Ipsos.
